3 Alternatives to Boston Culinary Arts

You love to cook. You enjoy working in restaurants. You have finally decided to go to school. And you live in Boston. Chances are that you are looking into going to Boston Culinary Arts. It’s a good school and there’s no reason not to go there. However, you should know that there are some alternative culinary schools you might want to consider.

Here are three other cooking school options:

  • Atlanta Culinary School. If you want to find a cooking school that’s got a style completely different from Boston, head down south.
  • Sacramento Kitchen Academy. Perhaps Atlanta is a little too warm for your tastes since you’re used to the New England cold. A pleasant alternative might be the sunshine and breezes of northern California.
  • Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. People from Boston have a hard time moving away from the urban life that’s there. Chicago lets you get a new experience in cooking while enjoying the metropolitan lifestyle you’re used to.

Boston’s a terrific city but it’s not the only city in the nation. If you want to change your life a little - and maybe even change the style of cooking that you can do - consider exposing yourself to an education at an alternative culinary school option.
